What to expect
In this experience, you will get to know the recipe for our traditional dish called "Chanfana". You will learn how to season goat meat, place the ingredients in special black clay pots, light the traditional wood-burning kiln and cook the Chanfana for 4 hours. In the end, you'll enjoy the meal!
