What to expect
Freedive course for beginners with international AIDA certification.
Consisting of an online theoretical class, which will cover the basic and fundamental foundations for safe and responsible practice. Two practical sections to be carried out at Lago Azul next to the Castelo de Bode dam, where the learning covered in the theoretical section will be put into practice.
Participants will be challenged to perform a set of exercises and techniques, which will allow them to reach depths of up to 20m in comfort, in a controlled and safe manner.
The practical sections will have a maximum ratio of 4 students per instructor.
